By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any treatment at HT Aesthetic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All hair transplant and aesthetic procedures are medical treatments and results may vary from person to person depending on age, medical condition, lifestyle, and individual healing response. HT Aesthetic does not guarantee specific results, hair density, or cosmetic outcomes.
A proper consultation is mandatory before any treatment. HT Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if a patient is found medically unfit or unsuitable for a procedure. Patients are required to provide complete and accurate medical history before treatment.
Hair transplant, PRP, exosome, and aesthetic treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results. Final results may take several months to appear and vary from individual to individual.
Patients must strictly follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. HT Aesthetic will not be responsible for any complications or unsatisfactory results arising from failure to follow medical advice or aftercare instructions.
All medical procedures carry possible risks and side effects, including but not limited to swelling, redness, temporary discomfort, infection, or uneven results. These risks will be explained during consultation and treatment.
All payments must be made according to clinic policy before or on the day of treatment. Advance payments are non-refundable once an appointment or procedure is scheduled. No refunds will be issued for completed treatments or partially used treatment packages.
Appointments must be booked in advance. Any cancellation or rescheduling should be informed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion.
HT Aesthetic may take before-and-after photographs for medical documentation and treatment evaluation. With patient consent, these images may be used for educational or promotional purposes while maintaining patient confidentiality.
All patient information, medical records, and treatment details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without patient consent unless required by law.
HT Aesthetic, its medical staff, and management shall not be held responsible for unrealistic expectations, dissatisfaction due to individual response to treatment, or complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
